The Community Connectors & fellow production team members have been documenting real stories that demonstrate voting challenges in Georgia and offer voting solutions. Follow our stories through the 2022 mid-term election and beyond.

MEET THE PRODUCTION TEAM

In addition to the Community Connectors, the following individuals are working on the voter education campaign, marketing, events, voter education, filming and film production.

  • Linda Marie Harris

    Linda Marie Harris is co-founder of Save My Vote! Linda has over 25 years of experience in public communications, marketing and advertising. She created and led the Vote Remote! project with the disability community in Washington DC and Maryland.

  • Julie Range

    Julie Range joined the team as outcomes coordinator and to recruit Athens’ voter advocates. Julie worked as a volunteer coordinator in local state legislative campaigns in 2018 and 2020

  • Sonda Bradfield

    Sonda Bradfield is the Assistant Producer for Event Coordination. She is the President of Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and President – Educational and Charitable Foundation. She volunteers with several other not-for-profit organizations, including the National Council of Negro Women; Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Junior League DeKalb.

  • Robin Rayne

    Robin, a award-winning photojournalist, is the photojournalist and co-producer for Save My Vote. Over a 38-year career, his work has been widely published in Time, Newsweek, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Paris Match, Der Spiegel and Le Point, among dozens more. He covers Georgia's news and political scene as a photographer for ZUMA Press.

  • Ben Dally

    Ben Dally is a Washington D.C. filmmaker with a 15+ year career on branded entertainment and integrated marketing teams in the film and video game industries. Recently, he was the head of the Video Development and Production team at Evite in Los Angeles. During the pandemic, he produced and edited a feature film, titled Adam and the Water, which has won awards at the Washington DC, Manhattan, Paris and Vancouver Film Festivals

  • Derek Heard

    In addition to being a Community Connector, Derek Heard, is an artist and .graphic designer company, Derek’s Doodles, provides the artwork for Save My Vote! Derek is a board member of the Uniting for Change Network of self-advocates and an ambassador for Georgia with the Center on Youth Voice and Youth Choice.

  • David Peal

    A retired special-education teacher, David taught history in schools for students with complex disabilities in the DC area for 19 years. Before that, he wrote computer books, including a book on Excel for Wiley and several official Internet books for America Online. Earlier still, he did archival research on populism in Germany and the American South in the 1800s. David is the parent of a young adult with developmental disabilities who lives independently.

  • Daniel Abadie

    Daniel Abadie is a production intern and founder of his own voice over production company, Vivid Vocals VO – a voice for every story. Daniel’s passion is using his voice to bring awareness to the potential of others with disabilities. He has been a panelist on The Harkins Institute’s 2021 series “Entrepreneurs, Startups, and Integrating DI into Tomorrow’s Companies” and a moderator/panelist for the 2022 Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities’ Employment Advocacy Day.

  • Olivia Chelko

    Olivia is the VP of Development & Communications for the largest HIV/AIDS nonprofit in The Southeast.. She brings to Save My Vote marketing and communication skills as well as a passion for serving underserved populations in Georgia. She is also a mom to a child with Cerebral Palsy and a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and people living with HIV in Georgia.

  • CJ Herr

    CJ Herr is a Graphic Designer and an intern of the Impact Producing Team powered by Video/Action. CJ has a passion for fighting for human rights that has led them to working with Save My Vote! to help those who are disproportionally effected by confusing and chaotic voter laws. CJ’s hope is by working with REV UP and SMV! they will bring awareness to these issues and help to change these laws and regulations in a positive way.

  • Kat Kelly

    Kat Kelly is a graphic designer and a part of the impact-producing team powered by Video/Action. She recently graduated from Ohio University where she studied graphic design and marketing. Kat has a passion for environmentalism and human rights activism. She is dedicated to is helping people with disabilities advocate for their rights and educating the mass public on the injustice that these laws have created for them.

  • Robin Smith

    Robin Smith is the Founder and President of Video/Action, a small, not-for-profit production company based in the heart of Washington, D.C. Robin is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker with 44 years of experience producing documentaries, special event presentations, digital training tools, and impact production campaigns. Over the years, Robin has mentored many emerging filmmakers interested in social issues and environmental justice.
